- The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Used or damaged products (by customer)
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order details and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return process
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- A wrong product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
6. Return Shipping
- In case of defective or incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by Lisbon Toys.
- For other valid returns, shipping charges may be applicable.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
